The only thing that saved me from jumping off that treadmill was the new mix I DL’d by Dj Inferno. It really helps to have good music!

MOD Jan 21 - Tempo Run - I think

I was trying to do a tempo run, and since I’ve never done one before I did a beginner type. 5 x 3 mins at 6.5 1 min at 5.5 for recovery. Apparently I need to do this weekly to improve on speed, and endurance.

WOD Jan 19
Bench Press 5 rep max 45, 65, 85, 105, 115 (maxed out at 3 reps here). The WOD was 6 x 9 Thrusters / Burpees I totally forgot to clock my time here, >_<
This was not RX’d either. My knee kept feeling like it was going to blow so I dropped the weight from RX to just bar to gett’er done!

Buy in 3 min KB swings 95 @20lbs. 5 rep Max Deadlifts 135lbs x 5, 155lbs x 5, 175lbs x 5, 195lbs x 5, 215lbs x 5 WOD: AMRAP 10 DB C&J + 25 DU’s - (4) this was my first day maxing out heavy since my torn spinal ligaments and SI injury. Feels pretty damn Good to be LIFTING HEAVY SHIT again :)

No WOD for me.
Instead I did my usual Muay Thai Training. As much as I wanted to double up. I was taxed to the max and since I had 3 days of crossfit I didn’t want to sacrifice hitting the bags!!!
