I was trying to do a tempo run, and since I’ve never done one before I did a beginner type. 5 x 3 mins at 6.5 1 min at 5.5 for recovery. Apparently I need to do this weekly to improve on speed, and endurance.
#MAKEITCOUNT I was really trying to get some better speed. running between a 6.3 and an 8 speed. I have no idea what I’m doing, I’m just forcing myself to run faster lol…I will start to do some reading on how to properly get a better speed.
